The Uniontown Fire Department will be hosting two types of CPR classes. Persons living out of Lake township are more than welcome to attend.

Please print out and mail/drop off the training form no less than four days prior to the class. We have had several instances in which classes were cancelled because of late registrations being missed. The registration form can be found by clicking on the date that you wish to take training. Classes are offered at the Uniontown Fire Deptartment training room.

However, to offer classes off-site the following provisions are required:
  • A room for instruction
  • Adequate space for the students to perform the exercises
  • A DVD player
  • A TV large enough to be viewed by all students
  • Additional Information:
    Students may enroll in a CPR class by completing the registration form. Students must register and pay prior to the class. Payment must be made at time of registration in the form of EXACT cash, check or money order payable to Uniontown Fire Department.

    A FULL refund will be issued if cancellations are made more than 3 days prior to class. If less than 3 days, there is a $5.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on the day of classes..

    There will be a minimum of 3 and a maximun of 16 students to a class.

    All businesses automatically fall into the non-resident category for cost purposes.

    All students will be provided a manual at the start of class. Manuals will be used during the class and return to UFD at the end of class. If a student would like to keep the manual, the cost is $12.00, and must be paid by EXACT cash, check or money order PRIOR to the end of class.
