Uniontown is a small residential community located in Stark County, Ohio. Uniontown covers 7square miles in the northwest corner of Lake Township.

The Township has two other communities within it. Greentown and the Village of Hartville. Each of these communities is protected by a volunteer/paid fire department. Uniontown and Hartville have their own police department. Greentown residents are served by the Stark County Sheriff.
