    2009 Agility Test

    Prior to membership at the Fire Department, potential candidates are required to attempt and pass an agility test. The object is to view a candidates strengths and weaknesses in the many aspects of the test, and gain a better understanding of individual limitation. It also allows the officers of the department to get to know the candidates personally. Upon completion of the agility test and other requirements, candidates are applicable to finish the hiring process and become an official member of the UFD.

    Training Time

    Training events are usually held Monday evenings between 7-9 PM. From Powerpoint presentations to hands on activities and discussions, our members engage in a learning enriched environment with all the equipment and activities necessary to perform to the highest capacity in a live incident. Focus on self-improvement, team consistancy, and overall mission efficiency are the optimal goals.
